Out of town

I am out of town staying at my sister's house for the week end. It is a nice break from my not so routine life in Toronto.

My sister and I played badmanton in her backyard, we had such a good laugh as I had not played this game for decades. The kids are having fun in the swimming pool and hot tub. At night, my brother-in-law set up a huge bon fire and we toasted marshmellows. It is nice to have large family where everyone is close.

Memories of our childhood keep flashing back. The great variety of opportunities that lie in our future keep popping up. Yet we are very much enjoying the present.

Why am I writing this blog at this moment? To share with you our happiness before we go out for an exciting day in town.

Having fun...
