How to practise "gratitude"

Stephen wrote to me:

Talk is cheap. Practice is the only way to convince yourself that you can walk the walk.

Here is what I do:

In order to cultivate this habit, one must 'force' oneself to identify things/people around you that you really feel grateful about.

I started by dropping down on my journal at least 2-3 items per day that you are thankful of (and explain why).

Review your collections every week/month and put some after-thought or comments about them.

Track your own milestones. In a year's time, you'll accumulate over a couple of hundred gratifications.

Keep recording, refreshing & reflecting(3Rs). Until you become empowered, as if it's your second nature.

Hope this method will be helpful to you and others who are serious about this practice.
