I received the similar email a couple of years ago and I was trying it for a while, but not persistent enough I guess... however, I did forward the email and introduced the techniques to many of my friends, a few of them have autistic children or family members.
I think I will do it again, it's only 5 minutes a day...reducing the fat in the stomach in a big bonus...:-)

Ear lobes are the centers of the brain...
Right brain is left handedness
Left brain is rightness
The hands are now making a crosswise connection + spinal (中脈) stimulation from squatting and rising.
Now...{"left and right =二脈 + 中脈" are activating simultaneously + the breathing} is creating a powerful flow!
So theoretically this should work. Proving it by doing a controlled study would be very meaningful.

I'm sending this to my daughter. She can help her kids- clients ( and herself too).
And I'll be trying it out too - Not only can't remember where the keys are, I can't think as logically as before :(
